2. Products

Unflag sells digital goods and services. Product descriptions on each listing are part of these Terms.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders are delivered automatically after payment confirmation. Delivery times shown are estimates; instant delivery is not guaranteed in all cases (e.g. payment processor delays, fraud checks).

4. Payments

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout (card, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrencies including Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDC). All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are final at checkout.

5. No Refunds

All purchases are final. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order details (account name, email, delivery info). We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information you provide.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks made in bad faith, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (including Roblox or other game platforms) in a way that exposes us to liability.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in your account being banned and your case being contested with evidence of delivery.

Some products relate to third-party platforms (e.g. Roblox). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. Use of purchased items is subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for any action taken by that third party against your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unflag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or chargeback fraud, without refund.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
